Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: This study includes 4 18 years old individuals. Case will be included in the irrespective of their sex, religion, caste & duration of the illness. Patient have clinically diagnosed tonsillitis. Willingness to participate and provide inform.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Immunocompromised status (e.g., HIV, uncontrolled diabetes). Cases will any other severe systematic disorder already diagnosed or diagnosed during screening if clinical features are suggestive of some illness. Patient suffering from severe illness ( like fever above 105 F and severe infection of body like sepsis. Peritonsillar abscess. Pregnant or lactating women. Patient who can t open the mouth and tobacco chewing.
