Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Children aged between 03 to 18years. 2.Both sexes are included. 3.Diagnosed cases of Chronic tonsillitis by using paradise criteria for tonsillitis. 4.Children with a history of recurrent tonsillitis (3-4 episodes in 6 months or 5-6 episodes in 1 year) 5.cases given informed written consent from parent or guardian and assent from child. 6.Patient willing to take homeoepathic treatment and follow the study protocol
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Children age 0 to below 3 yearage group. 2.Children on long term allopathic treatment unwilling to discontinue. 3.Children with acute tonsillitis or other acute infectious diseases. 4.Children with known hypersensitivity or intolerance to Hepar sulphuric calcareum or alcohol base prepration. 5.Children with diabetes mellitus, cardiomegaly disease, craniofacial disorder, congenital anomalies of the head/neck, sickle cell disease or other coagulopathies, or immunodeficiency disorder.
