Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Parents or Guardian willing to provide consent for participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Parents or Guardian refusal. Patients with unstable haemodynamic vitals. Patients not having cough reflex(Brain dead,neurological disorder). Patients on vasodialators and vasoconstrictors.
