Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients having Classical sign and Symptoms of vicharchika like Kandu, Pidaka, Shyavta, Daha, Rukshta, Vedana with a clear history of occupational exposure to irritants/toxins (e.g. chemicals, detergents, metals etc.) 2.Having recurrent history of Eczema 3.Having Vicharchika for more than one year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age below 18 & above 60 years. 2. Patient having Vicharchika (Occupational toxicity induced eczema) for less than one year. 3. Eczema due to autoimmune diseases. 4. K/C/O of systemic illnesses (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes, liver diseases, cardiac diseases and kidney diseases) 5. Pregnant or lactating women

Comparative clinical efficacy of Panchshirisha Agada with Visha Taila and Baakuchikadyam Churna with Arka Taila as effective in the management of Vicharchika (Occupational toxicity induced eczema).Timepoint: 6 weeks

Reduction in cardinal symptoms of Vicharchika (Occupational toxicity induced eczema). Improvement in EASI score and DLQI score, indicating better dermatological health and quality of life.Timepoint: 6 weeks
