Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adolescents aged 10 19 years diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. Individuals who are physically active and able to communicate effectively. Individuals who are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adolescents with psychological conditions, recent surgery, serious comorbidities, or injuries that limit physical activity Adolescents who are on any medications, such as metformin.
