Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children receiving childhood vaccinations during the study period. 2. Children have resided at least continuously for 7 days in the designated area with known air pollution data 3. Children who are expected to remain in the designated study area for at least 7 days following vaccination, to allow consistent monitoring of post-vaccination reactogenicity outcomes. 4. Parents or legal guardians who provide informed consent for participation in the study. 5. Children with complete previous vaccination records including type and date of vaccine administered. 6. Availability of environmental exposure data based on ambient air quality index data from government-monitored stations and geolocation of participants

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infant with incomplete or undocumented vaccination history. 2. Infants with acute illness or fever at the time of vaccination. 3. Infants who have relocated after vaccination 4. Parents/guardians who decline consent or withdraw consent during the study. 5. Children enrolled in other clinical studies that could influence immune response or reporting of adverse effects 6. Children with diagnosed immunodeficiency disorders or those currently receiving immunosuppressive therapy. 7. Children are known to be HIV-positive or HBsAg-positive, or those born to mothers with confirmed HIV or HBsAg positivity
