Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group between 18-50 years. Those who give consent and wish to participate in the study. Those who are not currently practicing yoga. Prisoners who have at least one year of sentence remaining.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with severe illnesses. Those with prior yoga experience or participation in other yoga programs during the study period
