Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary diagnosis of single-level degenerative disc disease (DDD), lumbar spinal stenosis (LSS), or Grade I-II degenerative spondylolisthesis, lumbar prolapsed intervertebral disc (PID) . 2. Documented failure of at least 6 weeks of conservative management. 3. Scheduled for an elective, primary, single-level MIS TLIF.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Requirement for multilevel fusion or revision spine surgery. 2. Presence of active spinal infection, acute trauma, or spinal malignancy. 3. Inability or refusal to complete the requisite psychological questionnaires. 4. Incomplete baseline radiological data.

Intra operative: Total operative duration (minutes), estimated blood loss (EBL), and implanted cage dimensions 3. Postoperative: Postoperative same-level disc height, VAS scores (12, 24, 48 hours), time to first ambulation, and total LOS. Timepoint: No follow-up visit is required. | — |
