Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of both sex between age group of 18 to 60 years will be included. 2.Patients will be selected on the basis of signs and symptoms of Pittaja mutrakrucchra having at least three symptoms of it in one among this two-Peeta Mutrata & Sarakta Mutrata, among- Saruja Mutrata & Sadaha Mutrata, among- Krichchra Mutrata & Muhur-muhur Mutrata as described in Ayurvedic classics. 3.Symptoms not lasting beyond 3 months. 4.Pus cell in Urine: 10 to 50/hpf.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients associated with benign prostate hypertrophy, urethral stricture, vesico-ureteric reflux, nephrolithiasis, Urolithiasis, tumour, indwelling catheter, functional or neurogenic disturbances of micturition and atonic bladder, renal tuberculosis, sexually transmitted diseases, complicating medical situations as diabetes mellitus, decreased renal function, immunosuppressive illness, chronic and systemic illness. 2.During Menstuation,Leucorrhoea, Pregnant women and Lactating mothers. 3.Pittaja Mutrakruchhra(UTI) As a symptom of other disease i.e. cardiovascular disorders, cancer, etc or due to any drug/treatment/therapy. 4.Patients having pyrexia (more than 100 fahrenheit body temperature),Septicemia and other established pathology of Urinary tract. 5.Pus cell in urine :more than 50 per hpf.
