Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Climetric (Perimenopausal and earlymenopausal) woman between the age group of 40 to 55 years who were experiencing mild to moderate menopausal symptoms. 2. Women in perimenopausal age or within the first year of natural menopause. 3. Resident of Bhopal. 4. Who willingly to join study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Woman below the age of 40 and above age 55. 2. Woman those are on iron and calcium supplementation. and severely anaemic 3. Women suffering from Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus, Bleeding disorder, PCOD, cancer, Rheumatoid Arthritis etc would be excluded. 4. Woman who has mental illness. 5. Women who undergone Surgical menopause and women those are on HRT. 6. Pregnant and lactating mothers. 7. Women who have osteoporosis.

The study is expected to demonstrate that Moringa gum effectively reduces menopausal symptoms such as hot flushes and night sweats, while also improving serum calcium and hemoglobin levels. Moringa gum is anticipated to be a cost-effective, safe, and natural supplement with minimal to no side effects and enhanced quality of life during menopause. Therefore, this study could contribute significantly to improving the health and well-being of menopausal women.Timepoint: 45 days
