Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children, of age group of 8 to 16 years irrespective of sex, religion, socioeconomic status. Patient presenting with past history of minimum 4 classical symptoms of Tamaka Shwasa which are mentioned in diagnostic criteria. Mild intermittent or Mild and Moderate persistent asthma (As per GINA 2025)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe asthma or life-threatening exacerbations Patients already on daily Asthma preventive medications Other significant chronic respiratory or systemic illnesses or birth defects Contraindications to Panchakarma components Brittle Asthma (H/o need of hospital admission/ 02 supplementation in previous asthma attacks)
