Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Medically healthy children Children with Primary dentition Children having ECC of any severity (Case group) Children with no caries (Control group)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with mixed dentition Children on anticonvulsants Medically compromised and syndromic children children with blood disorders Uncooperative children Parents unwilling for blood sampling
