Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjective complaining of Ruka, Toda, Stambha, and Spandana in the sphik, kati, Ura Janu, Jangha and pada, Tenderness along the course of Sciatic nerve Patients of either sex between age group of 20 years to 70 years will be included. Positive SLR test in affected leg as objective measure for diagnosis and assessment will be taken.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contra-indicated for Siravedha Sensitive skin lesion Known cases of any major illness e.g. DM, TB, AIDS, and Malignancy, tuberculosis of spine, congenital spinal deformity. Surgical indications such as progressive neurological deficit. Pregnancy, lactating mother Anaemia (Hb less then 10 mg/dl) Age below 20 and above 70 years.
