Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients having low level fistula. 2. Patient of age group 16- 60 years. 3.Primarily diagnosed as well as recurrent cases of bhagandara will be included for study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients having high level fistula 2.Patients with any malignancy. 3.HIV,HCV and HbsAg positive patients. 4.Pregnancy. 5.Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases. 6.Secondary fistula due to- A.Crohn s disease B.Ulcerative colitis C.Tuberculosis, etc.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Unit cutting time of fistulous tract (days/cm) Timepoint: Assessed from baseline until complete cut-through of fistulous tract, evaluated weekly.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Relief in subjective parameters. 1.Pain 2.Burning sensation 3.Itching 4.DischargeTimepoint: Assessed at baseline, weekly during treatment, & at 15-day intervals for 2 months during follow-up.
