Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All genders between age of 18 - 60 years. 2.Grade 1, Grade 2 of Ankle sprain 3.Pain range is between 4 to 8 points NPRS, 10 to 20 points CAIT 4.Persistent Ankle pain while performing functional activities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Ankle Fracture 2.Syndesmotic Sprain Or Injury 3.Mid - Foot Injury
