Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women with primary dysmenorrhea Regular menstrual cycles Experiencing moderate to severe menstrual pain Not currently receiving hormonal therapy or regular analgesic treatment Willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary dysmenorrhea Known gynaecological or pelvic pathology Recent history of surgery Chronic medical or musculoskeletal disorders Participants on hormonal therapy or regular analgesics Participants following regular structured exercise programs
