Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Obstetric patients undergoing Lower segment cesarean section under spinal anaesthesia. 2. Patients willing to give written and informed consent. 3. Patients aged 18 to 40 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with prior experience with neuraxial blocks (including Cesarean section or epidural analgesia for labour) 2. Spinal deformity (Scoliosis, Lordosis, previously operated for spine surgeries 3. Patients with coagulopathies. 4. Patients with infection at site of injection 5. Patients with raised ICP or indeterminate neurological disease. 6. Patients with hypovolemia or severe aortic or mitral stenosis. 7. Patient who is part of any other study.
