Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nearly bilateral symmetrical sites, defect with one tooth gap, Pocket probing depth of more than 6mm, Radiographic evidence of vertical bone defect of more than 3mm, systemically healthy patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Medically compromised patients, patients on any antibiotics, anti-inflammatory drugs and on drugs affecting Bone healing in the last 6 months, Known allergy to any of the study materials, patients who have undergone surgical periodontal therapy in the last 6 months, smokers and tobacco users, pregnant or lactating females
