Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects of age group between 30 and 70 years irrespective of gender Subjects having HbA1C value 6 and half to 10 Subjects having diabetic distress ranging from 2 and half to 4 and half Subjects willing to participate and able to give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uncontrolled systemic illness Subjects having total cholesterol level greater than 300 mg per dl Subjects with abnormal RFT test results Diagnosed cases of Renal disorders Liver disorders CAD Thyroid dysfunction Diabetic complications like Known cases of Retinopathy Nephropathy Ulcer Neurodegenerative disorders CVD Epilepsy Patients Under medication for anxiety depression or other mental illness Subjects diagnosed with post traumatic stress disorder Subjects under medication for thyroid dysfunction Pregnancy and lactation
