Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with signs and symptoms of manyastambha/torticollis Patient who are willing participate in our trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnant women and lactating mother patient suffering from any malignancy and neurological disorders of spine, tuberculosis of spine, cervical myelopathy and systemic disorders. traumatic injuries and fracture to the cervical Spine. congenital corticollis.

It will significantly reduce neck pain (Ruk) and stiffness (Stamba), thereby restoring the active, pain-free range of cervical movements.Timepoint: 1st follow up 31 day 2nd follow up 60 day
