Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female college students aged between 18 and 25 years. Participants having regular menstrual cycles. Participants who are willing to participate in the study. Participants are experiencing menstrual discomfort, pelvic pain, and low back pain during menstruation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Gynecological disorders (PCOS, endometriosis, and uterine fibroids). Pregnancy. Musculoskeletal disorders. Recent surgery (history of pelvic or spinal surgery). Medication (women taking hormonal pills)
