Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of lumbar degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, or low-grade (Grade I-II) spondylolisthesis. 2. Underwent primary single or two-level MIS TLIF. 3. Complete perioperative data and minimum 1-year follow-up available in the HMIS.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous lumbar fusion surgery at the index or adjacent levels. 2. Severe osteoporosis (T-score less than -2.5). 3. Spinal deformity requiring correction of greater than 20 degrees. 4. Active spinal infection or acute spinal trauma.

1. Radiographic: Gertzbein-Robbins screw grading, fusion status at final follow-up. 2. Intraoperative: Operative time (skin-to-skin). 3. Clinical: VAS (Back/Leg), ODI, length of stay (days). 4. Safety: Rates of dural tears, nerve injury, infection, and hardware failure. Timepoint: Follow-up data were obtained retrospectively from records at 2 weeks, 3 months, and 12 months.
