Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are willing to get enrolled. 2. Patient irrespective of gender, caste , religion and socio-economic status between the age groups 30-60 years. 3. Patient fulfilling the diagnostic criteria. (Derangement in anyone or more parameters in the Diabetic profile will be selected) FPG : 100-125 mg/dL HbA1c : 5.7%-6.4%
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with established Diabetes Mellitus (FPG greater than or equal to 125 mg/dL, HbA1c greater than or equal to 6.5 percentage) 2. Individuals who have systemic illness like HTN, Hiatus hernia etc 3. Pregnant and lactating women. 4. Individuals who had recent surgery. 5. Individuals practicing Yogic cleansing regularly. 6. Patients with active psychiatric illness or cognitive Impairment. 7. Patients under steroid medications.
