Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants aged between 20 to 35 years with mechanical low back pain of 2 to 6 weeks duration were included in the study Individuals whose pain intensity changed with movement and who had a Visual Analogue Scale VAS score greater than 8 were selected. Both male and female participants were included. Participants presenting with postural low back pain were considered eligible for the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants with recent spinal fractures pregnancy malignancy or spinal tumors neurological deficits spinal infections such as tuberculosis Pott s spine osteoporosis previous spinal surgery and systemic conditions like diabetes or thyroid disorders were excluded from the study
