Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Both married and unmarried females of age group more than & equal to 18 years and less than & equal to 50 years. 2)Patients having clinical signs and symptoms of endometriosis. 3) Already known case of endometriosis. 4) Patients having CA-125 level less than & equal to 500 U per ml. 5) Patients having chocolate cyst size less than & equal to 7 cm. 6) Patients eligible for Virechana Karma and Basti. 7)Patients willing to participate in trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients having endometriosis of sites other than pelvis and scar endometriosis. 2) Known case of Carcinoma, Congenital anomaly or infectious diseases of reproductive tract like Tuberculosis, STDs, etc. 3) Patients with history of cardiac diseases, chronic liver disease, uncontrolled hypertension (Systolic BP above 160 & Diastolic above 100 mmHg), uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (above the range of 160 mg per dl - RBS).
