Intervention1: Norepinephrine indusion: Patient undergoing hip arthroplasty surgery will be started prophylactic norepinephrine infusion at 1 ml/hour before cementation prepared by diluting 4 mg norep

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA-Physical status I and II Elderly age group patients Elective cemented hip arthroplasty surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Patients with uncontrolled hypertension Severe cardio vascular disease Patients with hyperthyroidism, Monoamine oxidase inhibitor use Patients with renal and hepatic dysfunction Patients with coagulopathies Patients with known allergies to the study drugs
