Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients will be required to present with signs and symptoms of Vitiligo along with Sadhya Lakshanas (curable features) described in Ayurvedic classics Selection will be based on the Vitiligo Area Scoring Index (VASI) criteria Only those who provide written informed consent will be included in the trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients exhibiting Asadhya Lakshanas (incurable features) such as patches located on the genital area, palms, soles or lips, presence of continuous lesions or reddish hairs over the affected sites will be excluded from the study Those diagnosed with Vranaja Shwitra (Vitiligo arising due to injury) or cases resulting from burns or chemical exposure will not be considered Individuals suffering from other similar dermatological conditions such as Albinism, Pityriasis versicolor, Pityriasis alba or Hansen s disease will also be excluded Participants with severe systemic illnesses that may interfere with the trial, as well as pregnant and lactating women will be excluded from the study
