Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Surgeons (pursuing MCh, senior residents, fellows, consultants) currently working at Tata Memorial Centre. 2.Willing to participate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Surgeons posted in peripheral postings outside TMC 2.Not willing to participate. 3.Any other specialty other than surgeons.

To rule out the association between demographic and previous APS exposure with dissatisfaction with the current APS practices. 3. To evaluate surgeons confidence in managing post-operative pain. 4. To estimate the proportion of surgeons adhering to APS protocols when APS differs from their usual practice. 5. To strengthen current APS practices by identifying deficiencies, if any.
