Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients clinically diagnosed with symptoms of Anidra / Primary Insomnia. 2. Geriatric patients aged more than 65 years. 3. Patients willing to participate and provide written informed consent. 4. Patients fit for Padabhyanga as per Ayurvedic parameters.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients below 65 years of age. 2. Secondary insomnia due to systemic illness. 3. Insomnia due to alcoholism, injury or psychiatric disorders. 4. Patients on hypnotic or sedative medications. 5. Known allergy or hypersensitivity to study drugs/procedures
