Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients aged 18 years to 80 years Presenting with pain persisting for more than 3 months Willing to provide consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants unwilling to provide consent Patients with known history of hypertension Patients on antihypertensive medication Patients with pain less than 3 months
