Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria Women aged 25 50 years Patients undergoing elective gynecological surgeries for benign conditions Patients willing to participate and provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria Diabetes mellitus Cardiovascular disease Pregnancy or lactation Patients on chronic steroid therapy
