Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Parents of children aged 3 10 years with ASD Willing to provide informed consent Possess a smartphone Basic mobile app usage ability Able to understand study language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Practicing regular mindfulness/meditation Severe psychiatric conditions Participation in other stress-reduction programs
