Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient willing consent for inclusion in the study Age18-70 years Both genders ASA I and II Robotic assisted surgery operated in steep Trendelenburg position operating table angle 30 degree with duration more than 2 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous neurological disease or drug intake history History of head surgery or raised ICP Trendelenburg position maintained at an angle 30 degrees Patients who were given any diuretic any other drug which interferes with ICP

Estimate of the safe duration of robotic surgery in steep trendelenburg position with capnoperitoneumTimepoint: Baseline Just after Intubation 15 min after Steep Trendelenburg position then every 30 minutes Post extubation
