Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Undergraduate physiotherapy students aged 18 to 25 years Students from 1st to 4th year of the physiotherapy program Students who use digital devices for academic purposes regularly and spend at least 4 hours per day on smartphones or digital screens Students of either gender Students who are willing to participate and provide informed consent Students with a score of 14 or above indicating at least moderate level of stress according to Perceived stress scale along with a score of 31 or more according to Smartphone addiction scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students with any diagnosed psychological or neurological disorder History of neurosurgery or known cognitive impairment Students already participating in any structured Neurobic, Brain Gym, or relaxation program Students with musculoskeletal conditions that may limit movement Students unable or unwilling to comply with the intervention protocol
