Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with complaints of reduction of sleep time difficulty in initiation of sleep wakefulness during normal sleep Age group between 18 to 60 years Patients of irrespective of gender religion socio-economic status Patients voluntarily willing to participate in the clinical trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with moderate and severe hypertension and hypotension Stroke Hemorrhagic disorders Epilepsy Insomnia associated with any other systemic disorders and psychiatric disorders Nidranasha due to Madatyaya / Abhighata Patients under hypnotic medications or other drugs which are known to cause drowsiness or interfere with the trial drug Physiological conditions like pregnancy, lactation and puerperal stage Patient on medication like Benzo-diazepam, Non benzodiazepan,antidepressants ,antihistamines and sedatives
