Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primigravida undergone lower segmental cesarean section with no intraoperrative complications willing to participate in the study pain score greater than or equal to 3 in numeric pain rating scale primi women above the age of 18 post Cesarean primi women with pfannensteil incision

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with history of malignant tumors coagulation disorder sepsis skin allergy epilepsy or seizure patient with any signs of hemorrhage infection of skin or soft tissue around the incision site epidural catheter insitu
