Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Both male and female university students aged between 18 and 27 years. 2.Presenting complaints of nonrestorative sleep (poor quality or disturbance of sleep) and daytime sleepiness, 3.Not being currently involved in any exercise program. 4.Having no physical problem that hinders exercise performance without use of sleep drugs. 5.Participants with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index PSQI score more than 5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants with a history of surgery or injuries within 3 months prior to selection. 2. Participants diagnosed with Sleep disorder by Physician. 3. History of any metabolic (e.g., diagnosis of Type 2 diabetes), or neurologicalconditions that may contraindicate exercise (e.g., unstable angina, uncontrolled hypertension, epilepsy). 4.Any pre-existing cardiorespiratory or musculoskeletal condition (e.g., acute joint pain, unhealed fracture orchronic shoulder/knee instability) that limits the ability to perform the prescribed exercises. 5. Participants with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score less than 5.
