Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Volunteers who will not taking any medication for any chronic diseases and psychological diseases. 2)Healthy volunteers health status will be assessed by HS-19 scale. (Kavita Vyas et al.) 3)Volunteers who want to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Volunteers younger than 18 years and older than 25 years age. 2)Patients with systemic diseases where memory loss is a symptom of the diseases. 3)Medication: Currently taking nootropic, psychoactive or any sleeping pills. 4)Substance abuse: History of alcohol, tobacco or drug abuse. 5)Mental stress: History of severe stress, anxiety or depression. 6)Pregnant or lactating women (in female volunteers)

MeasureTime frame
Understanding of the concept of Udana vayu in relation to Smruti and its applied utility in Enhancement of Smruti will be assessed by trial drug Nirgundi Ghana vati.Timepoint: 1 year

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
A comparative effect of Nirgundi Ghana Vati & Shankhapushpi Vati on Enhancement of Smruti will be assessed through this study.Timepoint: Group A 28 days (follow up every week) Group B 28 days (follow up every week)
