Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are having intermenstrual phase of greater than 35 days and less than 90 days. Patients suffering from two consecutive cycles with oligomenorrhea.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women, postpartum women and lactating women will be excluded from study. Patients taking oral contraceptive pills. History of malignancy, infectious diseases, koch infection. Known case of - STDs, endocrine disorders. Patients having severe anaemia. Structural abnormalities of reproductive tract or organs.

Reduction in interval between two menstrual cycles. Reduction in intensity of pain. Increase in amount of blood loss. Assessment of improvement in interval between two menstrual cycles and duration of bleeding in patients of Artavakshaya(Oligomenorrhea) after administration of Jyotishmatyadi churna and Tila Shelu Karvi Kwath Timepoint: Before treatment (day 0/ baseline) After treatment (5th day of 3rd menstrual cycle)
