Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed and confirmed cases of Kati-Graha (Lumbar Spondylosis), as per Case Report Form & based on the signs & symptoms. 2. Subjects between the age group of 18-70 years, indicated for Basti and of either sex, religion, or occupation. 3. Episodic mechanical back pain, which could be accompanied by stiffness and tenderness in the lower back. 4. All patients met the criteria outlined in the Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) scoring. 5. A comprehensive physical examination was conducted to assess the extent of reduced range of motion. 6. Subjects willing to give written consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects suffering with severe disc prolapses and presenting with symptoms of Gridhrasi (Sciatica) are not included 2. Subjects suffering from Pott s spine or any metastatic diseases of the spine, 3. Subjects with uncontrolled systemic disorders which interfere with the course of the treatment. 4. Subjects who have lost control of bladder and defecation. 5. Pregnant Women and Lactating Mother. 6. Subjects who are contraindicated for Basti.
