Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Completely edentulous patients aged 30 80 years. Patients requiring mandibular single implant-retained overdenture. Adequate bone height and width in the mandibular symphyseal region. Sufficient inter-arch space for overdenture fabrication. Healthy oral mucosa without pathology. Patients willing to participate and comply with follow-up visits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic contraindications to implant surgery. (uncontrolled diabetes, bleeding disorders, radiotherapy, etc.) History of parafunctional habits such as bruxism. Severely resorbed mandibular ridges. Chronic smokers and alcoholics. Patients with psychological or neuromuscular disorders affecting mastication. Patients unwilling to participate or attend follow-up visits.
