Inclusion criteria: Healthy adults aged 18-35 years with no musculoskeletal impairments Physically active screened through PAR-Q questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Injury within the past 6 months recent lower limb surgery BMI more than 30kg/m2
