Intervention1: GROUP B: SMART Technique (SDF + KI + HVGIC): Intervention Group: SMART Technique (SDF + KI + HVGIC) In the SMART group, the tooth will be blot-dried following the SDF + KI application.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children aged 6-13 years Presence of at least two carious permanent molar Tooth presenting with an initial carious lesion (ICDAS II 1 and 2) Schiff Cold Air Sensitivity Scale (SCASS) should be 0,1 Tooth asymptomatic with no signs of pulpal involvement.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Teeth with deep cavitated lesions (ICDAS II greater than or equal to 3) Teeth with spontaneous pain, pulpal involvement, abscess, or sinus tract Children with known silver or iodine allergies Teeth previously treated with SDF, GIC, or other restorative materials Severe medical conditions or developmental disorders affecting cooperation
