Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients (45 to 65 year of age) Both male and female Individual reporting symptoms suggestive of sleep apnea. Individual reporting symptoms suggestive of insomnia. Individual willing to participate in the study and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with severe cognitive impairment or dementia affecting reliable questionnaire responses. Individuals with significant communication barriers that hinder accurate assessment. Individuals with major psychiatric disorders that may confound depression evaluation. Individuals currently receiving treatment for sleep apnea, insomnia, or depression. Individuals with a recent history of substance abuse or dependence. Individuals unable or unwilling to provide informed consent.
