Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I or II. Procedure schedule for unilateral modified radical mastectomy (MRM). Weight 45 to 85 kg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pre-existing infection at the block site Known allergy to study medication Patients suffering from cardiac, renal, hepatic, or respiratory insufficiency, asthmatics BMI greater than 35
