Intervention1: DUSQ Wearable Device: The DUSQ wearable patch is an already approved medical device delivering combined nVNS and tGVeNS through an integrated, medically graded adhesive electrode array.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. English language proficiency sufficient to understand study procedures and complete questionnaires. 2. Currently employed full-time or part-time (minimum 20 hours per week). 3. Self-reported sleep concerns (difficulty initiating or maintaining sleep, or non-restorative sleep) present for at least 3 months. 4. Willingness to wear the DUSQ device nightly (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM) for 6 consecutive weeks within the hospital setting. 5. Ability to provide written informed consent and complete all study assessments. 6. Stable work schedule with no planned significant changes during the study period. 7. Willingness to maintain habitual lifestyle behaviours (caffeine intake, alcohol consumption, physical activity) consistent with baseline throughout the study.
