Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Postherpetic neuralgia: Persistent dermatomal pain lasting greater than 3 months after the onset of herpes zoster. Notalgia Paresthetica (NP): Localised pruritus or dysesthesia in the thoracic region lasting for greater than 6 months. Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) pain score of greater than 4 at baseline.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Treatment with botulinum toxin in the past 6 months. 2. History of neuromuscular disorders. 3. Coagulopathy or bleeding disorders. 4. Pregnancy or lactation. 5. Presence of active skin infection at the planned injection site. 6. Lesions located on the face or neck. 7. Known allergy or hypersensitivity to botulinum toxin type A (BoNT-A).
