Inclusion criteria: Preterm infants born less than or equal to 34 weeks gestational age Hemodynamically stable for video recording Parental informed consent obtained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Major congenital malformations Genetic/metabolic syndromes affecting motor function Severe instability preventing safe video recording Refusal of consent

To determine the Motor Optimality Score Revised MOS-R at 3 months corrected age in preterm infants of less than or equal to 34 Weeks and correlate MOS-R with early neurodevelopmental outcomes using HINETimepoint: 3 months

1 To describe the trajectory of general movements from preterm age to fidgety age using 26 item GM Checklist Detailed GMA Score MOS R 2 To determine the association between early GMA patterns with neonatal comorbidities IVH HIE sepsis BPD NEC ROP 3 To assess the predictive ability of early GMA & checklist scores for Fidgety movement quality MOS R category 4 To evaluate the association between cranial ultrasonography findings at 40 weeks PMA & Neurodevelopmental outcome at three to five months assessed by the Hammersmith Infant Neurological Examination Timepoint: Baseline 6 weeks 3 months
