Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient age 18yrs and above 2.Patient who are willing to received PRP therapy and follow up as per study protocol. 3.Patient who provided written inform consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with active systemic infections or sepsis. 2. Wounds with clinical signs of malignancy or malignant transformation. 3. Patients on immunosuppressive therapy or diagnosed with autoimmune diseases affecting healing. 4. Patients with hematological disorders (e.g., thrombocytopenia, coagulopathies).
