Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case Patients aged 18 to 60 years Patients fulfilling the diagnostics criteria Participant who gives consent to participate Control Healthy individuals of age 18 to 60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having history of systemic disease like TB COPD any malignancy etc Participants on long-term corticosteroids or immunosuppressants Acute respiratory infection in past 2 weeks
